Found a favorite doll at a better price elsewhere? We don't just match prices, we beat them! We review all requests individually, so feel free to try. Here are some guidelines to follow:
- Competitor’s prices must be visible on their website and available to all customers.
- The price should apply to identical products, including any upgrades, customizations, or extras. (Please provide screenshots for verification).
- The product must have the same sale, delivery, and service conditions as we offer.
- We do not price match products that have already been purchased.
- We do not price match counterfeit or replica dolls.
